Our Hike to the Johnson Art Museum included a precarious suspension bridge which is 150 feet in the air, hiking through the woods were mercy found some really neat flowers for this time of year, and some cool tree roots.
We met my sister Sarah and Jon and some other youngsters on the hike.
You can go up to the 5th floor of the Johnson Art Museum and look out! What a view!
Photos journaling home life and hopefully links to some of the Psalms I try to play a guitar. Might even try some folksongs. Writing children's fiction here: http://highpattern.wordpress.com

The library had stuff you could make for story time.

The Chicken actually got out and went to the neighbors house three doors down! One wonders if it was lost. So we had to bring it home safe.
Then We went for a hike in the woods near the cemetery which has tons of myrtle. Notice that despite the 50° weather, the girls wanted to wade in the stream. It turns into quite a Gulch.

This person decided to have a bench for his tombstone! Nice idea.
